The power of tiktok shop is just as simple as any online store. You have products and you sell them. Being revolved around the fitness industry the easiest usage would be selling sports clothing. Some may find a need to create their own brands but working with a brand may be a better bet for some.

Only caveat would be to know the rules and regulations you may be put under as a collegiate athlete, semi-pro or professional.
